I logged a problem with my Samsung washer/dryer on the Samsung website. I was then directed to my authorised repair company Lothian Domestics. I had to give them some more information about the problem via a chat box. Very easy to do. On the appointment day, great communications from the company via text and calls to let me know they were on their way to me.
Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable polite technicians and great communication of likely arrival time.
Brilliant service. Super easy to book. Got notification of when the engineer was arriving, he was on time and excellent. He fixed the problem. I also appreciated their pricing policy. If only every service was like this. I highly recommend this company.
