Made appointment online. I chose an Friday appointment. I received a reminder the evening before and a text message to confirm the arrival time of the engineer (Scott). Unfortunately Scott did not have the required part but I was able to make an appointment for the following week. I chose to be informed if an earlier slot became available, which it did.
Ross attended to check my fridge freezer. He was prompt, polite and explained his diagnosis of the issue.
