Made appointment online. I chose an Friday appointment. I received a reminder the evening before and a text message to confirm the arrival time of the engineer (Scott). Unfortunately Scott did not have the required part but I was able to make an appointment for the following week. I chose to be informed if an earlier slot became available, which it did.

Scott diagnosed the problems with my Neff built in oven I was then given cost for repair by the company. I contacted Lothian Domestics on 21st July due to an issue with our washing machine. The online booking system was easy to use and I was able to get an appointment for 22nd July. Communication was excellent and I was kept informed of the likely arrival of the engineer. When he was on his way I received both a text message and a phone call.
