My Combi Microwave door wouldn't open. The repair man (Paul) from Lothian Domestics arrived within the promised time. He was smart, well-mannered, efficient and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. No components needed this time so I paid the flat rate fee by card.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Lothian Domestic Ltd highly enough. At very short notice and just before Christmas, they diagnosed the issue with my oven, sourced the parts, and had it fixed in time. What could have been a complete Christmas disaster was handled quickly, calmly, and professionally. They genuinely saved Christmas.
Prompt service - diagnosed fault quickly. Needed to source part, but as it was a BH it would be into following week before repair could be undertaken. Happy to recommend.
