I needed the heating element replaced in my oven. I made the booking early afternoon and managed to secure a same day appointment. The oven was fixed within 2 hours of the appointment being made.
Steven did a fantastic job. He diagnosed the issue fast, had the right parts, and repaired my washing machine the same day. Very polite and efficient.

Lothian domestic , took just under a week to come to our fridge freezer, they are a small company, however when the engeneer(Steven) arrived he was very smart and knowledgeable and proceeded to work on our appliance . He soon had the problem diagnosed and went to work fixing it! Got the job done tidied up his ice and water and got the job done!
Great set up everything was really easy to book an appointment online . And tell them the problem and pick a date and a time that suited you . Ross was a pleasant man that came to fix my dishwasher and explained everything well . The day he came out to fix the machine you also got an update when they were arriving.
A thoroughly professional job from start to finish. I was contacted before the engineer arrived and given advice on how to prepare for the visit. Engineer was polite, professional and helpful as was the office when I phoned. I would not hestitate to recommend this company - definitely 5 stars!
