Very easy to book an appointment on line with good availability. As a family of 6 our washer dryer is constantly being used daily so was wanting it foxed as soon as possible. I contacted Lothian Domestics on 21st July due to an issue with our washing machine. The online booking system was easy to use and I was able to get an appointment for 22nd July. Communication was excellent and I was kept informed of the likely arrival of the engineer. When he was on his way I received both a text message and a phone call.

Initial call-out was accommodated on the day of calling and sourcing of parts for subsequent repair date was efficient. Scott, a very pleasant guy attended both times and resolved the oven issue with no fuss. Great booking system. Although the time slot for the visits were 6 hours, you can track on-line how near the repair person is to arriving, so you dont have to hang around at home for hours.
