Ross was helpful done all the checks on the fridge/freezer her could even though the noise fridge was making bever made the noise when he arrived typically but the was patient and tried and checked everything and gave advice if I keep having same issues what to look out for etc .

Paul the engineer who came to repair my Samsung Washing machine was very polite & Professional at his job. He even asked for Washing powder so that he can try the machine before leaving as I believe this wasn't part of his job because he had repaired the leak. Thank you Paul

Scott from Lothian Domestics was super efficient at fixing bearings on my fairly new, hardly ever used Samsung Series 5 Heat pump tumble dryer. On time, considerate and tidy. Shame the dryer had developed fault in the first place
