The engineer (Paul) arrived on time. He checked the oven and explained what work needed to be fine. He had the replacement part in the van. Paul was polite, efficient and professional. Having made the booking the day before online I was really pleased to have the oven fixed and functional the next day!

Lothian Domestic provided a great service. Information was regularly updated regarding our appointment. The engineer came with the anticipated spare parts based on his understanding of the problem saving time for everyone. These proved to be the ones needed. Scot was a friendly and knowledgeable engineer and fixed the problem very quickly.
Engineer Steven was on time, resolved issue rapidly without any problems. Also gave advice on the washing machine schedules as well as some handy tips on maintenance.
