Did exactly what they said they would do. Looked at the fridge freezer, diagnosed the issue and sent me a quote for repair the next day. Excellent communication, engineers arrived within a few minutes of their predicted time. Can't fault them.

Oven gave out last week. Lothian Domestics attended quickly, assessed the problem and got parts ordered. Just had it fixed today. Fast, efficient, polite service. Would thoroughly recommend.
Less than 2 hours after asking for a visit Scott arrived, fixed the washing machine and was away. Always professional and helpful.
Steven attended on time , performed troubleshooting efficiently, diagnosed the faulty part, replaced it in the same visit and the cost was very reasonable, so far so good in terms of the fix. Steven was also polite and conscientious, seems like a nice chap.
Simple and efficient to book, quick diagnostic, part ordered swiftly and installed equally swiftly. Very good value for money.
