Great same day service, professional engineer and a great job .
I had a great experience with Lothian Domestic Ltd, who represented Samsung to fix my microwave. The service engineer was polite, customer-focused, and carried out the repair in a very systematic and professional way. He carefully analysed the root cause before fixing the issue efficiently. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommended!
