My repairs were carried out swiftly and efficiently. It was helpful that the engineer had the correct parts with him at the time of the visit to repair my machine. A pre-visit phone call during which the engineer diagnosed the most likely fault assisted in this process. All in all I am very happy with the work that was carried out and my tumble dryer is now performing exactly as it should again.
Service was flawless from start to finish, asked me to provide information of the fault, and came prepared with the relevant parts, which allowed the engineer to repair the fault on the first visit. Steven could not have been more polite,clean tidy job,repair completed within half an hour. Highly recommend this company.

Once you have booked an appointment, they keep you updated with the estimated arrival time. Also, you get sent a link to see exactly where your engineer is. Stephen was very polite, listened to my issue and fixed the microwave no problem. Overall great service!
