Scott arrived on time and was polite and helpful. Checked the issue, confirmed the problem, had the part ready and fitted quickly and easily. Done and dusted in 20 minutes max. Excellent service, and far cheaper than a whole new appliance!

Great service can not fault Lothian Domestics. I managed to get someone out the same day I'm in East Lothian.The online booking system is easy and straightforward pricing transparent too,someone called me too and a txt was sent when they expected the engineer. Ross the engineer was professional friendly and replaced our oven heating element.
Contacted Lothian Domestics re an Indisit washing machine that was only just over a year old and out of warranty. I found them to be very professional in their handling of the repair, very upfront about costs. Came out repaired the washing machine all within the £55.00 call out charge very impressed.
