I contacted Lothian Domestics on 21st July due to an issue with our washing machine. The online booking system was easy to use and I was able to get an appointment for 22nd July. Communication was excellent and I was kept informed of the likely arrival of the engineer. When he was on his way I received both a text message and a phone call.
