Steven was on time, polite, explained everything very well and was very professional. Washing machine is fixed and I am happy with the job he did .
The complete booking service was fast and accurate, including the update messages. Paul, the engineer, arrived exactly when anticipated and was highly professional in his approach to our problem washing machine. (I an a fully qualified engineer so I feel able to appreciate these things). Paul diagnosed the problem quickly and had the required part in his van, which was ideal.
Engineer Steven was on time, resolved issue rapidly without any problems. Also gave advice on the washing machine schedules as well as some handy tips on maintenance.
The service was punctual and Paul's swift diagnosis was impressive. He was courteous, efficient, well-informed, and left everything neat and tidy. He truly saved the day when our oven failed just before Christmas, ensuring that our festive meal could go ahead as planned.
