Samsung Warranty, Repair Charges and Our Pricing

<< Back to Article Main Page <<

An appliance can still be within its Samsung warranty period, but the specific repair requested may not be covered. This is usually where the issue has been recorded as physical damage or another non-manufacturer fault. In these cases, Samsung treat the visit as chargeable, even though time remains on the warranty.

Our Prices vs Samsung RRP

The prices shown on Samsung’s website are based on national recommended retail pricing, often using higher-cost areas such as London as a reference. Our local charges are usually much lower than those RRP figures.

All of our standard charges are listed clearly on our website under the Quote section, so you can see exactly what we charge before deciding whether to go ahead.

Is Your Repair Covered by Warranty?

To check whether your specific job is covered by warranty or has been raised as chargeable, please use the unique link we sent you separately. This link is generated per job and takes you to a real-time warranty check page showing the current status for your appliance.

Protecting Any Remaining Samsung Warranty

To maintain or restore any remaining Samsung warranty, all repairs must be carried out by an approved Samsung Service Centre such as ourselves. If you use a non-Samsung repairer, or attempt the repair yourself, this may invalidate any remaining warranty on the appliance.

Future Warranty Claims After a Chargeable Decision

Where Samsung have recorded a fault as damage or a non-manufacturer issue, this note is stored on the job. If you choose not to proceed with the chargeable repair and later request a further warranty visit for a related issue, we will require proof that a Samsung Service Centre carried out any previous repairs. Without this, the entire warranty would be treated as void.
