Out of Warranty

If your appliance is out of warranty, then we can arrange a chargeable visit to repair your appliance. As your local Samsung Service Centre, we ensure you only receive repairs from our manufacturer trained engineers. Proceed with this option to get a quote for, and arrange your visit.

Proceed with Out-of-Warranty Call

Under Warranty

Please use this option if your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty period. Please provide a mobile phone number where possible during booking as this greatly speeds up the process. Once raised, keep an eye on your text messages for a link to allow you to book your engineer's visit.
